“Ugh, why does winter have to be so cold?” I grumble irritably as I trudge through the front door of my apartment. I have trouble even lifting my arm to turn the doorknob, as I’m currently bundled up in a long-sleeved shirt, hoodie and heavy winter jacket, topped off with a thick pair of wool mittens.
